Responsible for ensuring all design deadlines were met throughout the design development process. Attended all fittings and worked very closely with the factories & Tech Design team to insure designs were following the design intent. Made both developmental and bulk production tech packs & BOMs. Worked very closely with the Production & Product Development teams on developing different components including but not limited to Logo elastic bands & straps (both Jacquard & debossed), Logo hooks & eyes, Logo rings and slides, elastics, wires, & pads.
